NexRecord Privacy Policy
NexRecord is a local-first app. Your recordings stay on your device, and NextEra.One does not collect them on a server.
Recordings and settings stay on your device.
NexRecord ships no advertising or analytics SDKs and sells no data.
NexRecord never uploads your audio.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the NexRecord Android app and the public NexRecord product pages operated by NextEra.One. It is written to explain how the app accesses, uses, stores and shares user data for Google Play review and for people using the app.
NexRecord does not require a NextEra.One account. If that changes, this policy will be updated before account features are released.
2. Data NexRecord accesses or stores on your device
NexRecord accesses data only for the features users would expect from this app.

3. Data collected by NextEra.One
NextEra.One does not operate an account service, analytics backend, advertising backend or sync backend for NexRecord. NexRecord does not upload your recordings to NextEra.One.
The public website may receive ordinary web server request information from visitors, such as IP address, browser type and requested page, through the hosting provider used to publish these static pages. The app itself does not send your data to that website.
4. Data sharing and user-initiated transfers
NexRecord does not sell personal and sensitive user data. Data can leave your device in these user-initiated cases:
- A recording leaves your device only when you export or share it to another app yourself.
- If you install or open the app through Google Play, Google processes Play Store data under Google's policies.
5. Permissions
NexRecord asks for Android permissions only when needed for its features.
- Microphone: record audio when you press record
- Notifications: show alerts you choose to receive
- Storage: keep your data in the app's own local store
6. Retention and deletion
- Your recordings remain in NexRecord's local store until you delete them or clear everything.
- Local settings remain on device until you change them or uninstall the app.
- NextEra.One cannot recover deleted local data because it is not synced to a NextEra.One server.
- You can also use Android Settings > Apps > NexRecord > Storage > Clear storage to remove local app data.
7. Security
NexRecord relies on Android runtime permissions, Android app sandboxing and local device storage. Because NexRecord does not run a cloud sync service, there is no NextEra.One server copy of your recordings. Anything you choose to share into other apps is governed by those providers' practices.
8. Children
NexRecord is not directed to children. It is a general-purpose tool intended for users who are allowed to manage their own content on their Android device.
9. Changes and contact
NextEra.One may update this policy when NexRecord changes how it handles data. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
